Season of Friendship Birthday

Hey there stampers! Thanks for stopping by!  This week's posts are going to be sperratic as my mom is here visiting from Wyoming and my kids' school is having their awesome annual Harvest Festival and Silent Auction.  So if you live in or around Simi Valley check out Madera Elementary's Harvest Festival this Friday the 23rd from 4-8pm!
Today's card is my mother-in-law's birthday card.  Her birthday was last Friday.

STEPS:

  1. Start out with a Melon Mambo card stock base cut at 4 1/4 x 11 and fold in half.  Add a panel of Close to Cocoa cut at 4 x 5 1/4.
  2. Stamp the tree from the Season Of Friendship stamp set in Close to Cocoa and teh leaves in Old Olive, Green Galore and Certainly Celery.  Notch out the corners with the Ticket Corner Punch.
  3. Using the direct to paper technique, schmutz the Certainly Celery stamp pad directly to the bottom of your Whisper White piece under the tree.
  4. Using the Boho Blossoms Punch punch out the smallest flower out of Melon Mambo card stock.  Adhere randomly to tree.  Add silver metal stickers (craft store).
  5. Add sentiment from the All Holidays stamp set in Basic Black.
