Gift Card Holders A La Patty Bennett

Hey there stampers! I know, I know, where have I been?!? How could I leave you at a time when you might need some Holiday Card and gift inspiration!  My life has been incredibly crazy and unfortunately my blogging has suffered for it!
Today I have an easy gift card holder that I completely cased from the fabulous Patty Bennett!  She has directions right on her blog.  I only changed it a bit.
