I started out with a WW card base, added a panel of Real red and some Tempting Turquoise punched with the Scallop Edge Punch, and sponged my background with Tempting Turquoise ink, a sponge and a scrap Scallop Oval.
I think it turned out pretty cute! I was inspired by a swap I received that I showed in THIS post.
